Returns & Refunds
There will be no refunds given on any services rendered. There are no refunds offered on any products purchased, in person or on our online store. If product comes damaged, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery. Email must include description of damages as well as photo proof. Depending on the damage, we may have you ship the item back with pre-paid for shipping. In some instances, we will just send you a replacement product. Exchanges are not allowed on any product that has been opened or tampered with in any way. Clothing items may only be exchanged with tags on and in brand new condition. Wash or wear voids the exchange.
Any time a product will be sent to you, we will cover the shipping. We do our best to package every product with care and love to maintain the order's highest integrity while being sent to you. If we received back an exchange we deem opened or tampered with, you will be sent an invoice to pay for shipping back to you. We will pay for shipping back to us on one exchange only. If there are multiple back and fourth exchanges, you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us past the initial free exchange shipping. After an order has left our store, it will take approximately 1-7 business days to arrive at your door.
All payments through our website are collected and stored through a highly secure merchant processor. We do not personally have access to your personal payment information. All personal data such as emails will not be distributed through third party apps, ever.
